Marissa is a Pilates Instructor and Exercise Physiologist with a focus on quality movement, healthy habits and creating a balanced lifestyle. Through Pilates workouts, delicious healthy recipes and mindful movement practices, Marissa hopes to inspire others through social media to find their healthy balance.

I thrive living a balanced lifestyle, but this didn’t come naturally to me. It has been a journey. I love to dance, socialize, party and travel and still maintain my health and nourish my body with good food and exercise. You can do both!
If I can inspire people to find this balance and avoid restrictive lifestyles that focus on diet and excessive exercise/ body punishing, I’ll be delighted. Life is about living. Wellness for me is exactly this. Looking after your body, your mind AND your soul!

HOME WORKOUT
BOOTY BURNER
15 reps of each exercise on one side first!
For example start on the right leg and complete 15 repetitions in order:
- Kickbacks
- Hamstring curls
- Pulses
- Squat with right leg lift
- Lunge with right leg hamstring curl
- Side lying Right leg lift
- Side kneeling Right leg lift and oblique crunch
Once you have done 15 reps per exercise, repeat on the Left leg!
