1. General
These terms apply to Aim’n Society, a loyalty program operated by Aim’n Apparel AB (company reg. no. 556958-2207
, hereinafter referred to as Aim’n Apparel. By registering as a member, you confirm that you meet the required age for membership, or that you have the consent of your legal guardian, and that you accept these membership terms.

2. Your Membership
Membership is free and valid on
aimn.com.au

You must be 18 years old to become a member on your own. If you are 16 years old, you may become a member with parental consent.

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred.

You register with an email address and phone number, which are required to administer your membership (e.g., confirmations, account information, password recovery).

You are responsible for ensuring that your information is correct and up to date.

3. Benefits, Offers, and Communication
As a member, you gain access to the bonus program, benefits, offers, and news.

We communicate with you as a member via email and SMS, sharing news, offers, and information about your bonuses. You can choose which types of messages you wish to receive and can adjust your preferences at any time in “My Pages” or unsubscribe via a link in email or SMS.

If you opt out of marketing, you can still use your membership to earn points, redeem bonuses, and log in to our website to view your offers. However, you will not receive information about member offers, news, early access to activities and campaigns, etc. Information about new bonuses and other general membership-related communication will still be sent.

Regardless of preferences, Aim’n may always send important information related to your account and membership.

4. Bonus Points
You earn bonus points through activities such as purchases, reviews, or other specified actions,
starting from the time you become a member. More information available on My Pages.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of allocation.

Only points earned through purchases count toward membership. This means that your membership level is based solely on your purchase history from the past 12 months, not on points earned in other ways.

When you reach 1,000 points, you receive a voucher, redeemable for purchases on aimn.com.au or in one of our stores, subject to applicable rules. The voucher is issued once the point level is reached and is valid for 60 days.

Bonus points are personal and cannot be transferred. They cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or other assets.

If goods are returned, any voucher used will not be refunded.

Vouchers cannot be used for purchases below the discount value, combined with discount codes, or applied to gift card or event purchases.

Gift cards and event tickets do not generate points. If other products do not generate points, this will be communicated in the terms & FAQ.

For purchases, the purchase amount including VAT but excluding any shipping and customs fees is point-eligible. To allocate points to your account, you must be logged in at the time of purchase or provide the email address linked to your membership at checkout.

Point-eligible reviews can only be made via the email sent approximately three weeks after completed purchase.

For point campaigns via third-party providers (e.g., Strava), you must agree that the third party shares your data with Aim’n Apparel for points to be credited to your account.

Aim’n Apparel offers the ability to refer a friend via email. Both the referrer and the referred receive a discount code for use on aimn.com.au.

For the referrer to be entitled to their discount code, the referred person must use their code within its validity period (30 days from receipt). Once the referred person completes a purchase with their code, the referrer automatically receives their own discount code 30 days after the purchase. This discount code is also valid for 30 days.

5. Membership Levels and Membership Year
Your membership year lasts 12 months from the date of registration.

Your membership level is based on your spending during the past 12 months. Current levels and benefits are displayed under Member Pages.

Aim’n Society offers three membership levels, determined by points. When you reach level two (Silver) or three (Platinum), you are guaranteed this level for 12 months.

Downgrades occur if you have not earned the required points for your current level in the past 12 months.

To access all membership benefits, you may need to provide Aim’n Apparel with complete personal details.

Priority Pick & Pack is a Platinum member benefit, meaning your order is prioritized in our picking and packing process. During high-demand periods (e.g., campaigns or holidays), delivery times may still be longer than usual, so we cannot guarantee faster delivery, even if your order is prioritized in our warehouse.

Platinum members receive an exclusive sweatshirt the first time they reach this level. The sweatshirt appears as a reward in “My Pages” and is added free of charge at checkout. Shipping and customs fees may apply.

6. Inactivity
If inactive (e.g., no purchases, logins, email opens, or offer usage) for 36 months, your membership will be automatically terminated.

7. Changes to Terms
Aim’n Apparel may change the terms. Updated terms are published on aimn.com.au. You may cancel your membership at any time if you do not agree with the terms.

8. Termination of Membership
Your membership is valid until further notice.

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service at hello@aimn.com. Termination takes effect no later than 30 days after your request is received.

Upon termination, all accumulated points and benefits are forfeited.

Aim’n Apparel has the right to terminate membership in cases of suspected misuse, unauthorized use, inactivity, or breach of terms.

9. Processing of Personal Data
The data controller is Aim’n Apparel AB, Teknikvägen 60, 30230 Getinge.

Data is processed to administer membership, provide access to benefits, and—if you have consented—to send marketing and personalized recommendations.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “My Pages” or customer service. Withdrawal of consent also means leaving Aim’n Society and ending your membership, thereby forfeiting your benefits, accumulated points, and membership level in case of re-entry.

10. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.

When membership is terminated, data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except for information we are legally required to retain (e.g., transaction data under accounting law).

11. Limitation of Liability
Aim’n Apparel is not responsible for problems or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Aim’n Apparel is also not responsible for technical errors in the loyalty program or missing information due to your opt-out of certain communication channels.
