You can cancel your membership at any time via My account – Profile.

To change the email address linked to your aim’n Society account, you need access to both your current email address and the one you want to change to. You also can’t already have an account on both addresses. You can make the change via My account – Profile.

If you have two accounts, they won’t be merged automatically when you change your email address.

Every pair of tights you buy at full price earns you a stamp. Once you’ve collected 9 stamps, you get a pair for free. The free pair will be available at checkout once you’ve logged in with your registered email address.

Please note that stamps are not earned when the price has been reduced in any way, or on products in the pants or shorts categories.

It takes 30 days from purchase for your stamps to be activated and become visible to you.

As an aim’n Society member, you earn 10 points for every 1 AUD you spend with us. When you’ve earned 1,000 points, equal to a 15 AUD discount, your points are automatically converted into a bonus check and added to your membership. It’s sent to you by email and is also available at checkout. The same applies at 2,000 and 3,000 points.

Your points are added to your account 30 days after we’ve processed your order.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re awarded. Once they’ve been converted into a bonus check, the bonus check is valid for 90 days.

You don’t earn points on gift cards or events. You always earn points on all other products, regardless of payment method (including when you pay with a gift card).

Your bonus checks are linked to your membership and can be used both online and in our stores. Please note that promotions and offers may differ between stores and online, but bonus checks work in both.

When you reach 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 points, your points are automatically converted into a bonus check. There are always at least two months between each bonus check conversion. The maximum value of a bonus check is 45 AUD. The discount applies to full-price items and can’t be combined with other discounts. You can use one bonus check per purchase. Your bonus check is personal and valid for 90 days from the date it’s issued. There’s no minimum spend. A redeemed bonus check counts as used and can’t be returned – make use of our free size exchanges instead.

No, bonus checks cannot be used together with discount codes.

We recommend ordering only your usual size and using your bonus check on it. If you need a different size, simply register an exchange in our digital returns form. Thanks to our free size exchanges, you keep the same price and don’t lose your discount.

Unfortunately, a redeemed bonus check cannot be refunded, even if you return an item. Of course, you’ll still get a refund for the items you returned, but the bonus check will be considered used.
