aim'n x Vollsnes Feriehus Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion This giveaway  is run by aim'n via Instagram, in partnership with Vollsnes Feriehus. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in their country of residence if higher, at the time of entry. Employees of aim'n or Vollsnes Feriehus, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by local law.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must, during the entry period:

  • Follow @aimnsportswear and @vollsnesferiehus on Instagram

  • Become a member of aim'n society

  • Like the Giveaway post and leave a comment stating why they want to win, tagging one friend

Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be disqualified. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments. Optionally, participants may share the post to their Instagram story for an increased chance of winning.

4. Entry Period The Giveaway opens on 28/8/2026 and closes on 5/9/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. The Prize One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 2-night stay for two people at Vollsnes Feriehus, including glamping accommodation and access to the sauna (subject to availability)

  • Two (2) aim'n hiking outfits from the Outdoor Collection

Food, drink, and travel to and from Vollsnes Feriehus, in Hjelle, Norway, are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Booking The prize stay must be booked and used anytime before September 2027, subject to availability at Vollsnes Feriehus. Booking instructions will be provided by aim'n directly to the winner upon confirmation. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused portion of the prize has no monetary value.

7. Taxes Any tax, duty, or other liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize, including any applicable income tax on its value, is the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the entry period closes. The winner will be announced on the aim'n Instagram story and on the original Giveaway post (@aimnsportswear) on 5/9. The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram DM from our official account, @aimnsportswear. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, aim'n reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please do not respond to messages from other accounts claiming to be affiliated with aim'n or this Giveaway, as these may be fraudulent.

9. Personal Data aim'n is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway, including each participant's Instagram username and any information submitted in comments or direct messages. This data is processed on the basis of consent given by entering, solely to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner, and will be retained only as long as necessary for that purpose. As this Giveaway runs via Instagram, some data will also be processed by Meta Platforms under its own policies. Participants located in the EU/EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with equivalent data protection laws have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority. 

10. Publicity By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that aim'n and Vollsnes Feriehus may use their Instagram username, comment entry, and any photos or content shared in connection with the prize stay, for reasonable promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, with credit where appropriate.

11. General aim'n reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram/Meta from any liability connected to this Giveaway, and acknowledge that the information they provide is given to aim'n, not to Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, aim'n and Vollsnes Feriehus accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights participants have under the laws of their own country of residence.
