My name is Josephine and I am a holistic health coach. I am addicted to coffee, chocolate and journals, and it's safe to say that I am a believer, dreamer & creator.
My own health is my number one priority. It is my health that enables me to go out in to the world as the very best version of myself and it allows me to chase my dreams and to experience life at its fullest. It is my foundation! A foundation based on fun and challenging training, nourishing foods and a sharp mindset. To me, my health is a forever journey, something I have to actively take care of every day.
My second priority is inspiring and helping other women on their own health journey. Because we all deserve to feel at ease, at peace and comfortable in our own skin! <3
