RETREAT LOCATION

Our home for the weekend will be the at the summer paradise "Lyckhem". In the beautiful archipelago. About 1.5 hours from Stockholm City.

A magical spot, at the end of the road, surrounded by nature, the ocean and wildlife. With the sauna and the sea close by, our own nature spa - surrounded by pastures and fantastic forest views!

We will stay in nice twin rooms. Single rooms are available at an extra cost.

DELICIOUS FOOD AND COZY DINNERS

Enjoy delicious and nutritious food together in a unique culinary experience. During our days at Innerbloom Retreat, we will be nourished with homemade food prepared by our own private chefs. All meals are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and lots of yummy treats and snacks.

Our food philosophy breathes balance and the meals are always healthy, innovative, organic and mostly plant-based. Good for you, good for the planet and a true treat for your tastebuds!

SOFIE KRAFT

Sofie is a free spirit, yoga teacher and retreat creator. She is a compassionate and empathetic yoga teacher with 500h certified multi-style teacher training. Her work revolves around yoga and sound healing.

FAQs

We will stay in simple, nice twin rooms. It is possible to book a single room at an extra cost.

RETREAT CHECK IN: We check in at our Summer Paradise, Lyckhem, at Thursday 30/6 at 16.00.

RETREAT CHECK OUT: We hug goodbye on Sunday 3/7 after a wonderful brunch together.

Lyckhem: Kärleksstigen 11, 764 53 Björkö, Sweden. Lyckhem is located in the archipelago about 90 minutes from Stockholm.
You can get here by car via the mainland or take bus 636 via Norrtälje. Archipelago boat departs from Stockholm/Norrtälje with Waxholmsbåten.

Are transport included?
No. The cost to take you to and from the retreat are not included.

Can I come alone?
Of course! Most of the people who attend our events come on their own to connect with new likeminded people!

Will someone take photos during the retreat?
Yes! We will have a photographer with us that will film and takes photos during the weekend. When you book you stay you also confirm that photos of you can be used on aim'n social channels and other marketing communications.
