aim’n is a young and fast growing activewear and lifestyle brand, founded in Sweden and established in New Zealand 2015. With a vision to inspire and motivate women worldwide to an active lifestyle and to believe in themselves and their dreams, we are now looking to expand our aim'n family based in Mount Maunganui (the summer and beach paradise of NZ).

LOCATION: Mount Maunganui, New Zealand

POSITION: Customer service, full time role (with the start September 2019)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: 

  • Deliver a world class customer experience - answering questions about our products, brand, company, policies and procedures. 
  • Manage all streams of customer communication - handle inquires via email, live chat and social media
  • Share our brand values in all communication
  • Enter relevant data into our systems
  • Process orders and returns
  • Communicate with team members 
  • Fulfil all tasks with a positive attitude

 

While experience isn’t everything, for this role we require a background in customer service with the following skills and personality:

  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English
  • Product knowledge
  • Clear communication skills, while being able to use a positive tone
