REACH YOUR DREAMS - 5 TIPS FROM TEKLA & HELEN!
aim'n was created 5,5 years ago by us, Tekla & Helen, two young women from Sweden. It all started with a dream to inspire and motivate women around the world with our activewear. Today we live that dream; a lot of hard work and passion has led us here! Now our aim is to inspire other women to live their dreams as well!
Below we will share 5 tips that we think have been important for our journey. We hope they can help you to reach your goals as well!
1️. DREAM BIG
What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? Take a deep breathe, close your eyes, look deeply in your heart and start to visualize your dreams and how it feels to have reached that dream.
We believe that when you aim high and have big dreams it will take you wherever you want in life. Listen to your heart and identify your true dreams. Have a clear vision of what you want to achieve and remember that no dreams are too big!
2. WRITE YOUR DREAMS DOWN
Reach your dreams by writing them down! Did you know that all our pieces come with a product tag that also works as a little dream reminder? Use it to write your dreams down or a journal and your are already one step closer to achieving them.
We’ve always written down our dreams, no matter how small or big they have been. For us it has been a key to success!
Get reminded of your dreams daily by reading them or visualize them. Another tip is to share them with someone to be accountable and motivated to take action on them.
3. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
We have learned that a positive mindset will go a long way when you are working towards your dreams. Remember that you are worthy of achieving your dreams, that you are good enough and that you can do it.
When we started aim’n people laughed at us and told us to stop before we lost all our money, but we stayed confident and believed in ourselves and our dreams. So don’t let anyone tell you can’t and keep rising each time you fall down. Practice self talk, you got this girl!
4. SET CLEAR GOALS
A dream won’t come true without actions. So convert your dream into specific goals and create a plan. For us it has worked by identifying the what, who, when, why and how when setting a plan to reach a goal. From there you can break them into small tasks and milestones.
Dream it, plan it, do it. Every small goal you reach is one step closer to your dreams!
5. BE GRATEFUL
Be being grateful for what we have right now has made us feel happier, more positive and optimistic. This has helped us to appreciate life and where we are at in relation to our dream, the journey and small wins but also kept us motivated to focus on what really matters.
We believe that when you are happy and feeling good about your life, it’s easier to believe that more good things await, you look forward to the future and enjoy the goals you have reached. There is no better feeling than fulfilling your dreams. It all starts with you. <3
